Queens Comfort

Food was awesome! Got the fried Mac and cheese balls and the breakfast burrito. Both were very delicious and I would definitely come back to Queens comfort. The environment is definitely interesting with the music they have playing and all the decorations. Great place I would definitely recommend.

My friend and I decided to stop by on our way home from the airport and we are so glad we did. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. We were greeted by a very lively host and made to feel so welcome it was like going home for brunch with the family. The entire staff was friendly and cheerful and made for a really delightful brunch experience.

Have I seriously never reviewed Queens Comfort? Its only my favorite restaurant in the greatest city in the world. Queens comfort is the crown jewel of Astoria. It is the comfort food capital of NYC. It is everything a southern eatery aspires to be. And it CONSTANTLY exceeds expectations! I dont know how they do it, but this place has new decadent dishes on their menu pretty much every week. They definitely update their menu every season, while keeping a few fan favorites on the menu for good. For apps, I love the disco tots, atomic fire balls, cap n crunch chkn tenders and whatever french toast balls they have at that time. For food, love the South by Southwest, Pig Mac, chicken n waffles and pretty much everything on their brunch menu. Its cash only, so remember to bring dough. They specialize in brunch and dinner..but brunch is what you show up for. 1st of all, it's BYOB so bring your beers/champagne/vodka for mimosas n stuff..just dont bring OJ. They have to make a few bucks somehow right? So, they specialize in poached egg/benedict EVERYTHING. And chicken n waffles. Those are to die for. On top of all that, the guy at the door (so mad i cant recall his name) is awesome. He's got jokes on the reg and appreciates all nerdy gear. The decore of Queens Comfort is 80s sci-fi meets blinged out 2000s Queens. Its the best interior decoraring ive ever seen. Oh and they usually have a DJ. I know. The best. Just eat here ASAP. Every time someone has visited NYC, I've brought them here and it's rave reviews each and every time.

Excellent brunch with friends! We got there right when they opened. Loved the kitschy decor and service was great. Food was fantastic and was definitely comforting on a cold day.

Amazing place and Amazing FOOD!! A unique place in Queens... has moved to a new location 2 blocks away that is bigger. Place has great energy and a great vibe. Cool stuff on the walls and ceiling. The service is prompt and very accommodating as well. Staff is nice and friendly too. Great place for a date or to meet friends. LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!

I am in LOVE with this place. Food and atmosphere is amazing. The staff is super friendly and instantly builds a rapport with their customers. Bathrooms were clean, service was quick. Food quality is unique and amazing. I’m from the DC area and we came to NY just to get Queens Comfort ! ...

Wow what a fun place to visit if you want to enjoy yummy food while enjoying great music with good company! I came here for brunch on a Saturday morning. Born in 1988 I truly enjoyed the music provided by the DJ that morning. The owner, I assume, (unfortunately I don’t know his name) was very kind and took a moment to speak to the guests and shout out his employees. It truly felt like a family vibe in there! The service was great, the food was served fast and the food itself was yummy! If I lived in Queens myself I would visit on the regular. FYI: cash only!

Great experience from the line to the table. Greeter yelled "Good morning Astoria, and told us a joke on the way in. Inside looks like the 80's toy factory blew up with a freak show inside. Had the Corn Flakes crusted chicken and waffles with tobasco maple syrup. Delicious and unique. Fun time. A must-go in Astoria.
